We loved the location of the hotel - very close to the slopes and ski lifts with easy access. The hotel facilities were excellent, including free parking and a fantastic breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and taken care of.

The location of this hotel couldn't have been more perfect for skiing enthusiasts, with direct and convenient access to the slopes. the rooms and bathrooms were clean and functional, with helpful and friendly staff providing excellent service. the breakfast and dinner buffets offered a good variety of tasty options, and the mountain view from the room was breathtaking. the hotel also had great facilities such as a swimming pool and wellness center for relaxation after a day on the slopes, as well as a convenient garage.
Despite all the positive aspects of this hotel, the wifi and GSM services were quite poor.

The hotel had a great skiing location. the slopes were right at the doorstep and easily accessible. the rooms were clean and cozy with a beautiful view of the mountains. the breakfast spread was sumptuous, with an array of delicious dishes to choose from. the evening drinks and snacks by the fireplace were an added perk that we enjoyed.
The hotel was understaffed and the service was slow and unorganized. the staff lacked professionalism and were not very helpful in resolving any issues.

Spent Xmas in this hotel. The ski-in/ski-out option and the ski room were great perks for skiers. The garage was spacious. We enjoyed the heated pool and sauna. The staff was friendly.
The complex is massive and confusing. Without signage, it was challenging to navigate the labyrinth-like corridors.
